At Alpaca Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium alpaca apparel; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
